Saturday Fun

These are some pictures from a few weeks back when I went to the mall with some coworkers. It was way fun! We had lunch at Red Robin and then went to the pet store and took a picture with some rats...and then the store owner yelled at us for taking a picture... Anyway, we also went to the arcade and played one of those roller ball games and won that cute little rubber duck in the picture! It was pretty fun so I thought I would put these pictures up. :)

I GOT A NEW CAR!!!!!!

I came home today after a staff meeting and having lunch with some friends from work and guess what?!!!!!! I got a new car!!!!!!!! This one is also maroon and an Oldsmobile so we are going to call it "Lil Bill" or as I shall call it, "William". :) Guess what else!!! I'm older than it!!! No more 23 year old car. I will miss Billy a lot though. I already feel sad about Billy, but I really like Will a lot!!!!!! :D

Spring break trip to Utah!

Well, I'm back from a very fantastic and fun trip to Utah!!! My friend Mallory and I decided to take a roadtrip to Utah together during spring break and so we did! It was a lot of fun! My cousin Sydney flew up on the Saturday before we left and then drove back down to Utah with us on Sunday. I got to visit a lot of family and friends I hadn't seen in a long time so it was a really wonderful trip! The temple pictures are the Oquirrh Hills temple in South Jordan. They haven't finished building it yet but I couldn't pass up taking pictures of it because it is so beautiful! Anyway, unfortunately we had to cut our trip down by one day because there was a big snow storm coming in that we wanted to miss, but other than that our trip was very memorable.

Poor Billy....

Bad news. Someone did a hit and run on my poor car, Billy. So I shall tell you the story. I was at work and was the ONLY car in the entire section of parking lot that I was in, and someone hit my car and ran away. So these nice people saw it happen and came into my work to tell me. So we called the cops and the nice people gave them a discription of the guy and his car and what happened and the caught him!!!! He had just been pulled over for speeding. Turns out he had a suspended license and that's why he ran so he got in BIG trouble and went to jail for the night. My dad met with him last week and got the money we needed from him to fix Billy and everything is going to be ok!! But I was very sad for my car because that was the second time in one month...geeze...

New Year's Party!!!

For New Year's Eve I went to a Young Single Adult's New Year's eve party and it was sooo much fun!!! It was in Oregon City so it was an adventure getting there because I don't ever drive in Oregon, but luckily my friends and I used my mom's GPS system, Darwin, and got there just nicely! :) It was really amazing!! There were a ton of people and two seperate rooms for dancing, one for Swing and one for just going wild! It was a blast!! I don't think I've ever been to dance that was that fun. I really hope that next year I get to do something similar because it was fantastic! These are some pictures that my friends took while at the dance that I thought were really cute.
